Fire Hazard Reduction

Hazard reduction refers to preparations for fires that usually happen outside of the bushfire season. Hazard reduction is one way of preparing for bushfires, and is an important aspect of bushfire management, but it doesn’t remove the threat of bushfires.

There are ways that you can help to prevent bushfire from getting close to your home and that’s by maintaining or clearing trees and shrubs close to your home. It is great to have trees but again if the pose a threat to you and your family then something must be done.
